Wellspring is a small charity that funds and builds wells with hand pumps, and trains the communities that keep them running. Since 2016 that work has reached about 96,000 people.
Who we are
A quiet charity doing steady work
Wellspring Water Trust is a registered charity, number 1187654. We started in 2016 with one aim: to put safe drinking water within reach of families who walk hours to fetch it.
We fund and build borehole wells with hand pumps. We train local water committees to look after them. And we run hygiene workshops in schools, so clean water goes further.
